Mutant Roadkill, A Zombie Highway And Temple Run Mixed [iOS, Android Quick Look]

Mutant Roadkill is out for both Android and iOS, and it is free to download. I got to play it in the new iPad, and the graphics could look better. When I started playing the game, 2 games came to my mind, Zombie Highway and Temple Run. During the game you are basically driving and trying to run away from mutants. The car is always driving, so all you really need to do is tilt your device or swipe in order to turn. Sometimes you will be able to run over mutants, and others they will jump to the car. Not only you will have to watch out for mutants, but also cars will be on your way. Power ups play an important role in the gameplay, that’s probably what makes this game more fun.

Every once in a while you will get a random power ups. Some of them are boosts, other riffles that will automatically shoot mutants, electro shocks. By running over mutants, you will get money. Money can be spent in the store to keep upgrading power ups, and even buying new cars. Some cars have better handling, and can take more damage. There are goals to complete, and if you do, you will get a reward. There are 2 money currencies, one is money, and the other is gold. Most of the upgrades need money, which is better cause gold is harder to get in the game, in fact I haven’t got any gold from playing so far. The game is free to download, and unfortunately that usually means the upgrades in the store will be more pricey.

The game is worth a look if you love endless games, and of course you will have to work for your upgrades or do in app purchases. Some of the upgrades definitely bring a twist to these types of games. If you are a fan of Zombie Highway, then you will probably want to take a look at this game.
